In 2023, PepsiCo entrusted us with one of those high-stakes projects where every detail matters: its annual convention in Miami. We were responsible for the general session, brand activations, and the closing party at the Fontainebleau for nearly 300 guests. It was a high-level event with many moving parts and one clear expectation: everything had to be executed to the highest standard.

Challenge

This wasn’t just about production. It was about making every element connect seamlessly. Each brand needed its own space, every moment needed purpose, and the entire experience had to feel cohesive, impactful, and flawlessly executed. We had to manage multiple layers at once while ensuring the attendee experience felt effortless from start to finish.

And that’s exactly what happened. The convention was successfully executed, the activations delivered, the general session hit the mark, and the closing party became a major highlight. The client was thrilled, the organizers recognized the team’s work, and we did what we do best: transform a complex operation into an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
